  • I used to be so much more FUN. Now I’m constantly worried, irritable, and moody (and it’s even worse at “that time of the month”). I feel like anxiety and stress are stealing the joy out of my life – I just want to feel more like my old self again.
  • Even though I’m exhausted during the day, I can’t fall asleep at night. I lie in bed with my head spinning, or I wake up frequently throughout the night – only to be tired again the next day. It’s a vicious cycle.
  • It seems like I’m always experiencing digestive upset.  Gassiness, bloating, constipation, loose stools – sometimes it’s really embarrassing! And it always seems to get worse when I’m stressed.
  • My libido is non-existent these days and it’s negatively impacting my relationship. I want to feel confident and sexy, and actually start to enjoy having sex again!  
  • I need to ditch my sugar habit but when I’m tired or stressed it feels impossible to resist chocolate, sweets, carbs, junk foods, or alcohol. I want to find balance, and be able to indulge in occasional treats in a more mindful way, that doesn’t negatively impact my waistline or leave me feeling guilty. 
  • I know I need to make changes to my diet and lifestyle, but it feels overwhelming. There’s so much information out there that I don’t even know where to start. I’ve tried to follow “diets” in the past, only to give up after a few weeks, fall back into old habits, and feel like a failure.
  • I need a realistic, sustainable plan that actually works with my busy life. I need to know what foods and supplements healthy for ME, specifically. And I need positive guidance and support every step of the way, so I don’t fall off track.

A little bit about me…

Why am I so passionate about helping women to improve their health? Because I’ve personally experienced the powerful, positive impact that nourishing whole foods have on our mental health and well being. 

My health journey began just over a decade ago now, when I was a University student experiencing terrible digestive upset, extreme fatigue, inability to focus, and frequent anxiety and panic attacks.

I was prescribed anti-anxiety medication, which helped for awhile—but I couldn’t help feeling that it wasn’t a long term solution to my problem.

I wanted to understand why I felt the way I did. What was the underlying root cause? What could I do to change it?

My inner researcher took control.

I read countless books, articles, and studies—anything I could get my hands on. I finished a Specialized Honours BA in Health Sciences, then completed my training as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, so I could deepen my understanding of the role nutrition plays in our mental and physical health. And I began to experiment on myself.

I made positive lifestyle changes to help reduce stress, and started using whole foods and natural supplements to support my gut health and brain function. My anxiety and stress began to decline, my digestion improved, I was sleeping better, and I had more steady energy and a better mood throughout the day.

I became an advocate for my own health.

Did I do this all overnight? Heck no. Do I still have moments where I feel stressed and overwhelmed? Sure I do.

As a business owner, wife, and a mummy of two young kiddos, I know what it’s like to juggle multiple roles. And I bet you know what that’s like, too.

Because as a woman you are almost TWICE as likely to suffer from anxiety, stress, and burnout than a man.

You feel pulled in all directions with work deadlines, family schedules, housework, and finances – not to mention struggling with body image issues and other social pressures – all while trying to live up to an imaginary “ideal”.

It’s completely exhausting, isn’t it?
